Once upon a time there was a Workspace & Showroom… a place full of love for details that during the spring of 2014 to the summer of 2018 filled us with the satisfaction of realizing the dream of having our own store with a workshop in sight. There we spent long hours creating designs, screen printing, cutting, testing and sewing each of our products, and people passing by on the street could see it.
We created and shared this space with a friend’s origami lamp design project Moshimoshi and together with Mitsue we shared times of laughter, tea and gnocchi every 29th of the month. In the time of the workshop store we were able to share with many customers and friends who sometimes waited for us while we finished sewing the bag they were looking for, we made that space a cozy place inside and out, we also spent a lot of time taking care of the garden that we created from scratch in a space of land crushed by cars for many years. We turned that small space to a green place again and it became a micro city square for a few more years after we left it. We wanted to put here a little bit of the history of that place that was also home and important time for our project.
